PKF Wallast is a partnership of which all members work as adviser or accountant; some of them take part in the organization's management. The Management Board is composed of Hans van Sonderen (chairman) and Wilbert van der Aalst (chartered accountant). The branches are individually managed by a branch manager. The Policy Support Staff work from the head office in Delft and provide support for the individual branches and the Management Board.
