We prefer recruiting people who have had a multidisciplinary education comprised of two academic study programs or a combination of a higher professional education in economics (HBO) and a university degree in fiscal matters. We have stringent selection criteria for quality, skills and attitude. We invest a great deal of time and money in training our employees and keeping their knowledge and skills up to date, ensuring they are familiar with the most recent legislation and regulations. Our own Traineeship Office is an essential stimulus for up-and-coming specialists. We work with a code of conduct describing the treatment of our colleagues and clients. This provides a stable platform for the quality of our work.
